Erica had a doctors appointment in Jacksonville this morning. They wanted to run a VCUG on her and see if there was any improvement with her urinary reflux. There was a little improvement but not as much as we hoped. She’ll need to go back in another 1 1/2 years and at that point if it hasn’t fixed itself she’ll probably need surgery. That sucks. While Erica cried and Erin fought to hold her during the VCUG Nate and I rode the Skyway in downtown Jacksonville. Then we went to the riverfront and walked around chasing pigeons. We were gonna ride the trolley but got tired of waiting for it so we rode the Water Taxi instead. Nate really liked that, it was his first time on a boat.

The we went back to the hospital to consult with Dr. Mercer about Erica. We had planned to go to the zoo but the kids were so tired we just headed down to Ormond Beach where we will be staying until monday morning.

I won’t be riding for 3 or 4 days but I made sure to blow my legs apart on wednesday and thursday so time off will hopefully do me good.
